Returns and order issues
If there is a problem with the order, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and confirm the right next step. This page explains how we deal with return requests, delivery issues, damaged goods, and natural timber variations.
Return window
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you need to report a return, visible damage, missing items, incorrect goods, or another delivery-related issue.
How we handle issues
Returns and refunds are reviewed case by case based on the goods supplied, their condition, the reason for return, and whether the order was delivered correctly. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer replacement goods, collection, partial refund, full refund, or another practical resolution.
Natural timber characteristics
Timber is a natural product. Variations in grain, colour, knots, surface checking, light splitting, and movement such as warping or twisting can occur as timber dries, settles, and responds to weather conditions. These natural characteristics do not automatically mean the goods are faulty.
If you believe timber supplied is structurally defective or not of satisfactory quality beyond normal natural variation, contact us with the order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue properly.
Before arranging a return
Please keep the goods and, where possible, the packaging in a reviewable condition. Include the order number, delivery postcode, and photographs if there is visible damage, a picking issue, or a product-quality concern.
