Delivery policy

Delivery information

We supply fencing, gates, posts, gravel boards, sleepers, fixings, and related materials to addresses within our current delivery area. This page explains how delivery works, what we need from you, and what happens if there is a problem with access, timing, or the goods on arrival.

Where we deliver

We do not offer nationwide delivery. Delivery availability is checked against the postcode entered at basket. Checkout is only available where the postcode falls inside the current delivery area.

If an order is placed and the final delivery address does not match the covered postcode area, we may contact you to review the order, delay dispatch, or cancel and refund the order if delivery cannot be fulfilled.

Lead times

Most stocked orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days, subject to stock, route planning, and the delivery postcode. Larger or mixed-material orders may require a longer lead time, particularly where specialist items or supplier restocking is involved.

Estimated times are a guide only. We will contact you if we need to move the delivery date or if a product shortage affects the order.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on qualifying basket totals of £250 or more within covered postcodes. Orders below that threshold are currently charged a standard delivery fee shown at checkout. Delivery charges are confirmed in the basket before payment.

Booking and delivery windows

Where a specific delivery day or window is booked, we will confirm this by email. On the day of delivery, we may also contact you by phone if the driver needs to confirm access, update arrival timing, or resolve a site issue.

Delivery windows are operational estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Access and safe delivery

Please make sure the delivery address is accessible for the delivery vehicle and that there is a suitable space for unloading. If access is restricted, let us know before dispatch.

If we cannot complete delivery because access is blocked, the address is unsafe, or unloading is not reasonably possible, we may need to rearrange delivery. We do not normally charge a missed-delivery fee, but we reserve the right to review exceptional cases where additional costs are caused.

Where it is safe and reasonable to do so, we may leave goods without a signature at the delivery address.

Checking the order on arrival

Please inspect the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If there is visible damage, missing items, or the wrong goods have been supplied, contact us promptly with the order number, delivery postcode, and photos where available.

Missed items, shortages, or damage

If there is a delivery issue, we will review it and decide the appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, that may include replacement goods, collection, partial refund, full refund, or another practical resolution.
